What Is Shadow Work?
We all carry parts of ourselves that we learned to hide. Maybe you were told you were too sensitive, too loud, too angry—or simply not good enough. Over time, these parts get pushed down into the shadow… but they don’t disappear. They show up in other ways—through emotional pain, recurring life patterns, or even in our dreams.
Shadow Work Hypnosis is a gentle and safe way to meet those hidden parts of you—with curiosity instead of fear. With compassion instead of judgment. We go beyond the thinking mind, into the subconscious, where true healing happens.
What Does That Actually Mean?
Let’s say you keep having nightmares where you’re too late, being ignored, bullied, or even hurting someone—or chased by monsters and dark figures. These aren’t random. They are your inner world trying to speak to you. The angry child, the abandoned self, the aggressive part you were never allowed to express—these show up in your dreams because they’re asking for space to exist.

How the Sessions Work
Each session lasts about 3 hours and is completely focused on you. We choose one part of you that feels difficult to accept—maybe the part that always says the wrong thing, the one that never feels good enough, or the one who still feels stuck in an old hurt.
Through deep relaxation and gentle guidance, I help you connect with that part in a safe and respectful way. Often, it’s the first time that part has ever been heard. And that alone brings so much relief. People usually feel lighter, clearer, and more whole after each session.
Shadow work isn’t a quick fix—but it’s real, deep, and lasting. Most people notice change after just one session, and session by session, something inside begins to soften and shift. Life starts to feel different—because you feel different.
