Trauma-informed Hypnosis for Anxiety

A gentle, subconscious approach to overcoming sudden fear and restoring inner calm

Do you experience sudden moments of intense fear or unease?

A crowded street, a sudden noise, driving over a bridge, being in an elevator, social situations, or unexpected events. Your heart races, your breathing speeds up, and your mind wants to escape.

Maybe there is something deeper, but you feel ready to face it now.

Moments of feeling trapped, overwhelmed, out of control, judged, unseen, or unable to cope.

Even though logically you know these situations are usually safe, your body reacts as if they are dangerous. Your muscles tense, your mind races, and your instincts want to avoid or escape. Over time, you might start avoiding more and more situations, letting fear subtly shape your life.

If this resonates, you are in the right place.

Many people notice that when one stressful situation is avoided, similar feelings arise in other areas. The tension seems to expand quietly, affecting confidence, freedom, and overall sense of ease.

Through gentle, client-centered hypnosis, I guide you to a place of inner calm and safety. From there, we access and strengthen your natural confidence—then carefully transfer this strength into the situations that normally feel overwhelming.

The Reason is Often Deeper Than You Think

The reason these intense reactions occur is often deeper than it seems. It’s not just fear—it may be rooted in past experiences, old patterns, or deeply held beliefs. For example, someone who becomes tense in crowds might, under hypnosis, recall a moment of feeling powerless or embarrassed in childhood—something long forgotten but still shaping current reactions. Hypnosis gently uncovers and shifts these layers, making lasting calm and confidence possible.

A Gentle, Respectful Process—At Your Own Pace

My hypnosis approach is extremely gentle and sensitive. I fully respect your inner boundaries and personal pace. No suggestion is given without your full permission. Nothing is forced. You remain aware throughout the session and can come out of the hypnosis state at any time. This is not about “fixing” you—it's about helping you discover the steady confidence and calm that’s already within you, waiting to be remembered.

What clients often say:

  • “I feel calmer and more in control in moments that used to overwhelm me.”
  • “I am now able to face situations I used to avoid.”
