To make the most out of a session

1. Set Your Intention: Hug you inner child and think about what you want to achieve or discover during the session.

2. Prepare Questions: Bring 10 questions for your higher self/subconscious to explore during the session, ideally printed.

3. Eat a Good Breakfast: Enjoy a rich breakfast to provide you with enough energy for the 5-6 hour session.

4. Bring Snacks: Pack some snacks to enjoy before and after the session for sustenance. More than once we have to quit a session because the client is too hungry.

5. Turn Off Your Phone: Ensure your phone is turned off with no viberation before entering the session room to minimize distractions.

6. Dress Comfortably: Wear comfortable clothes as you'll be lying down for an extended period.

7. Allow Time for Rest and Integration: Plan 2-3 days to rest, 2-4 weeks to integrate the experience. refer to After Care

Questions for Your Subconscious/Higher Self

If you are not sure what to ask, think about what bothers most at this moment in your life, and what is your brightest future and brilliant self like. Keep the questions open-ended to receive deeper answers. Don't hold back on any topic, as this is your opportunity to gain clarity. We'll review and refine the questions together before the session to ensure they align with your intentions and goals. Leave some space between the questions you write down so I can write the answers.
