Important Info
The First 3 Days After The Session: Grounding and Resting
Now you opened a door to the unknown, you might feel an information overload. It's time to rest and ground yourself to feel you body.
The whole purpose is to shift our awareness from our mind to our body and really embrace the sensations of being a human, so that we don't get lost in trip of the past.
IMPORTANT: if you've been having depression, anxiety or carrying a lot since a long time, it would take a few sessions to feel a real relief. If you have an emotional
fall after the first session, it is normal. It only means that the release work is not complete yet, and you should continue. Talk to me to arrange further sessions.
Mindful Eating:
I suggest some mindful eating right away after the session. Eat slowly and notice the smell, color, texture, consistency of every bite.
Earthing:
Walk barefoot on the ground. You can also lay on the grass.
Breathwork:
I recommend simple Wim Hof Breathing, but you can do any kind of breathwork that allows you to stay present.
Take a Warm Bath:
Put on your favourte music and bring a drink to the bathtube.
Walk in Nature:
I recommend walking in a forest or along a river, especially in early mornings.
Gardening:
There is nothing like putting your hands in the soil and take care of your favourite plants.
The First 3 Weeks After The Session: Crossing The Threshold
Most of you are familiar with these kind of trauma-realise work, and already have tools and systems to take care of yourself afterwards,
you can skip this and stick with what works for you. Stick to the tools that calm you down the most in the past.
Hold a Gentle Space for Your Feelings
The more gentle you treat these newly arised emotions, give them a space, the quicker they integrate and settle.
Having a listener
If the feelings after the sessions are overwelming to you, consider sharing them with someone you can fully trust.
If you have a therapist or coach who works with you, they are also helpful to hold space for the emotions that arise.
Meditation
I recommend Dr.Joe Dispenza's mediations, this one for example.
I also recommend love & kindness meditations, this one for example.
If you have visualization trips and lucid dreaming, this one is really good.
Whatever you like, whatever you want. If sitting still is already too hard for you, try out walking meditations, like this one.
Journaling
Journaling is extremely helpful to sort out your thoughts. Try CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) journaling.
Be Selective About Any Input
Either it is people who take energy from you, or things that you simply don't like. Your body is telling you everything and you don't have to
rationalise why, what and how. Stay away from anything that takes your energy away. If you do not have this option, be assertive, say no, say what you need,
and make it into an environment you can accept. Here is a free Assertiveness Training Workbook I recommend.
Bath and Sauna
Bath and Sauna are easy ways to connect with our body. I reccommend Vabali Spa in Berlin
Embrace Nature
Walking barefoot, bike in a forest, swim in a lake, book a flight and go to the beach, just for yourself. If you are in Berlin,
I recommend this lake Schlachtensee
Creative Work
Singing, dancing, painting, writing, sewing, handwork, ceramik. I am always surprised how many come to the conclusion in hypnosis that
the simple creative work they do is a founding pillar of their emotional balance.
Stay Connected with Your Higher Self
Each hypnosis session is made to open up the door a bit more, open up another layer of your heart, and let the
light shine in a bit more. It is your job to integrate and keep it up. Otherwise, even the hard-earned results from the session could reverse.
Healing only happens when you are at a blanced, aligned state. When you are in a state of joy, abundance and healthiness, joy healthiness and bundance
will just come to you. If you have a system of maintenance, stick to it. Here are some more maintenance idea I recommend:
Meditation. Medidtation. Meditation.
Our negative unsconscious thoughts are the cause of most of our sufferings. Meditation is like training you to look at the road instead of the tree while
driving. I recommend Vipassana
retreats, I recommend Joe Dispenza. But really, any meditation is fine. Just do it daily. You feel the difference within days.
Listen to Your Body Daily
Whatever keeps you to be joyful and present fundamentally and deeply, do it weekly, no matter what your brain might tell you "I don't have time."
"It's expensive.""It's only temporary relief.""I am so selfish.""My baby needs me. I can't go." No matter how urgent the problem in front you looks,
you can only solve it when you are well. Invest into you emotional, physical, spiritual health. Everything else is a result of your abundance.
Continue Your Healing
Healing is more a path than a goal. Every layer brings you closer to your true self. Continue the work and enjoy the scenery on the way.
