How I Discovered Dr. Joe Dispenza’s Work

I first heard about Dr. Joe Dispenza through conversations with clients and therapists. His name kept coming up, so I decided to investigate for myself. I took multiple online courses, attended a progressive weekend retreat in Basel, Switzerland, and read all his books. I also watched over 50 testimonial videos from people who had experienced profound healing through his meditations.

Starting in September 2024, I committed to practicing meditation twice daily.

The Meditation Practice

The practice I followed was Blessing the Energy Centers I. I meditated twice a day, once before sleep (around 9 PM) and again at 3 AM. Most of the time, I meditated lying down, often in a half-asleep state.

The Downward Spiral

At first, I didn’t notice much of a difference. But by November 2024, I found myself trapped in frustrating visa bureaucratic issues with the embassy. My entire mind was consumed by deadlines, responsibilities, and other people’s needs. I was completely disconnected from my mind-body-soul alignment—and the consequences hit hard.

By Christmas, I was sick and feverish, unable to celebrate. The illness dragged on, leading to recurring infections, fever, and digestive issues—even while on vacation. My relationship also suffered, leading to more fights with my partner. My hypnosis sessions weren’t as effective anymore.

Healing Is a Continuous Practice

Now, I’ve learned my lesson.

I’ve returned to my meditation practice every single day—even if it means sacrificing sleep or meal time. Mind-body alignment is just as important as eating and sleeping. When I maintain this practice, I am energized, happy, and in flow. When I stop, I feel the difference immediately.
