FAQs

questions and answers about your hypnosis session

What is hypnosis?

A shift of consciousness. A mental state of highly focused concentration on inner perception such as sensations, memories. It enables you to tap into your core thoughts and beliefs. Stage hypnosis is made for entertainment purposes and involves confusing the participant and giving suggestions. A regression hypnosis is the opposite. It is gentle and client-led, very outcome-oriented, aiming at improving clients' well-being.

Can I talk during the hypnosis?

Yes, you can talk throughout the session and ask questions. You are aware the whole time. It is like a deep meditative state.

Will I remember everything about the session?

Generally, yes. You are aware the whole time. Some clients might forget some details in the session, which is why it is recorded for them.

What is the worst that could happen?

The session aims to bring peace, and your subconscious/higher self is trying to communicate, guide, and help you, not to scare you. If there are emotionally intensive moments, you can stop the session or switch to a different scenario. You are shown only as much as you can handle. No one has ever had a bad trip so far.

What if I see something traumatic?

You choose what to see yourself, just not consciously. If your subconscious decides to let you see something intense, it is for you to let go of it. You are never shown anything you cannot handle because a part of you choose it yourself. That is why it is very important to take some time off and heavily invest in your well-being after the session to incorporate the experience.

What if I cannot be hypnosed?

Well, of coures this could happen. Around 20% of the population are not hypnotizable easily. If you have problems visualising, or never space out, or have extreme fears about letting go, please do a hypnotizability test.

I am too afraid of losing control, and too afraid in general. what can I do?

You've already shown bravery by considering booking a session. Take it easy and be gentle with yourself. There's no need to rush; you don't have to decide today. You can wait until the universe gives you a clear sign.

When shall I book a session?

In general, I noticed that the outcome is the best when the intention of the client is the strongest, no matter what intention you have. Who searches, will find. Catch the moment of strongest intention. Feel it inside, on the day, when your curiosity weighs over your inner fears, you are ready for the trip.

Inner Child Regression or Past Life Regression should I choose?

Whichever you feel comfortable with and feel drawing towards. Ask your heart, not brain. You can also keep it open, your subconscious or higher self will decide for you depending on which one is more appropriate and brings more learnings.

Which past life will I go to?

Your subconscious/higher self will show you the past life you need to see for you to get information out. Sometimes, it can also be some moments from current life or a distorted version of this reality. Which narrative you go depends on which questions do you wish to answer. Your subconscious will also choose what is appropriate for you.

What is higher self?

Your higher self is the enlightened divine part of your consciousness that loves you unconditionally and is all-knowing. It is the part of our subconscious that is connected to the universe or God.

I do not believe in reincarnation. Is it ok?

It is not about belief or trust. It is about being open. We all carry our healthy skepitism with us and I respect this part of us just like intuive part of us. You don't need to be spiritual, religious, or believe in reincarnation. Your subconscious/higher self will show you something you can accept and digest easily, spiritual or not, reincarnation or not.

I do not feel like sharing all my private life to someone else. What can I do?

It's a non-judgmental, respectful, safe space. I have done this to many people who come with unimaginable traumas, shadows, destructive thoughts, but also hidden abilities and gifts. You decide how much you want to share, but not sharing important life events may hinder getting answers about them.

Is it comparable to LST, DMT, ayawaska, or other psychedelics triggered shift in consciousness?

In a way, yes, as you're getting answers from the universe. Most clients compare it more to deep meditation because the process is very organic and you can stop at any time. No substance is used, and you are always within control. The answers you get in a hypnosis are also clearer and literal, so you do not need to guess what it means.

Can I still do a Past Life Regression or Inner Child Regression if I have mental illnesses?

I had clients with PTSD, ADD, ADHD, Depression, OCD, Anxiety Disorder, Borderline, Bi-polar, autism so far. But please notice that a regression hypnosis is not a medical treatment, does not replace medical treatment, and is definitely not a quick-fix. It is more a complimentary modality to activate self-healing. Your journey of self-healing might start here, but will not stop here. The session itself can be intense for those who have had burried traumatic memories. You need to come prepared. If you are diagosed with mental disorders, please tell me before booking. I will prepare you differently.

Am I making this up?

This is something I as well ponder on everyday. One interesting answer I received from a client's higher self was "Imagination starts with the conscious mind intending to visualize an idea. Intuition is an expression of your subconscious, comes from a much deeper, connected place, like our dreams. It works like an imprint and our conscious mind makes its own intrepretation with concepts we are familiar with. The intuition part of the mind is what we try to connect with and get information from." My own opinion is, it is not a black white thing but a spectrum. The answer you get depends on how much you are able to shut down your conscious brain and sink into the experience. Many great musicians, authors and artists claim that they are channeling from a higher source. Let's just call it imagination for now. The imagination is great and profound and serves the purpose of finding yourself. I invite you to ask this question too in your session.

Are those real past lives?

I see myself a skeptical researcher who is passionate about the topic, but refuses to accept any given answer, except my own experience. I have my answers, but I also want you to experience it yourself to decide, not because I said so, scientists said so or the Buddha said so. Another interest question to ask would be: what is real?

Shall I read Dolores Cannon's books and interviews before I come to you?

If you already did, I am happy that the universe led you to me in this way. If not, you do not have to read anything. I feel really lucky that I did not know Dolores Cannon back then and did not read anything about her. So I could be sure that everything I experienced in my past life regression session is first-hand information, not suggested by the content I read.

What are other healing modalities that you recommend?

I can only share with you what I have tried personally. It seems that every therapy heals from a different perspective and every type of healing has its limit. The things that helped me the most so far other than hypnosis are conventional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt therapy, in a hynotic state if possible, Bio-dynamic Osteopath, Chinese Traditional Medicine, accupunture and accupressure, breathwork such as Wim-hof or Holotropic, bodywork such as Pantarei Approach, Yin Yoga, Improvisation Dance, Vipassana Meditation, any type of massage from a loving person, any type of intimacy with nature.
